Mission for Staff

Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. Through our strategies we endeavour to equip our staff with the necessary skills to manage their own mental wellbeing in every aspect of their life and as a school community we will connect collaboratively with all staff to help them to manage this in a supportive proactive way.

At Ladywood we are proud to recognise individuality and as such have adopted and implemented the 5 Ways to Wellbeing which are 5 simple and effective ways to improve staff’s psychological and emotional health. This is an evidence based framework that enables staff to access a range of ways which will have a positive impact on their personal, emotional wellbeing and resilience.
