KS2 Assessments

Key Stage 2 is the term used for the four years of schooling, typically known as Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6, when pupils are aged between 7 and 11 years old.

At the end of this Key Stage, pupils are tested in Mathematics and English, as part of the national programme of testing, known as SATs. For those pupils at Ladywood, who are working below Age Related Expectations, we report the Pre Key Stage Standards, in line with statutory requirements.

Pupils at Ladywood School follow a dynamic curriculum, which is designed to support their individual needs. Progress at Ladywood is deemed to be Outstanding and this has been ratified by three Ofsted judgements of Outstanding.
